We had an insurance loss from an AC drain line leak. Water traveled from the attic, through the second-floor guest bedroom down to our primary bedroom. Their drying out team did a superb job getting everything cleaned up.  Assured also put everything back together for us.  They worked with our insurance, which made getting a proper settlement feel like pulling teeth. We added a 12x16 home office/guest room and it turned out well. The natural light and built-ins are exactly what we wanted and it matches the rest of the house nicely. Remodeled the master bath, it is now my favorite room in the house. Walk-in shower with rain head, beautiful tile work, and the vanity is huge. They were so careful with our older home and left everything spotless. The transformation is night and day!
